This mix is especially designed for those sensitive to gluten, but enjoyed by everyone. This moist, flavorful bread is ideal for sandwiches, toast, bread crumbs, croutons, and other dishes that start with a basic loaf of bread. Contains garbanzo flour, potato starch, corn starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, evaporated cane juice, fava flour, xanthan gum, potato flour, sea salt, guar gum, soy lecithin, and a yeast packet. Makes one 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
